Highland Self Management Forum
Our forum meetings have been put on hold for the first half of 2024 while we focus on rolling out new projects with a corresponding doubling in the size of our team. We will be back in September 2024 so watch this space.
If you have an idea of a hot topic around self-management, health and wellbeing that it would be useful to consider with our network then please do contact us on info@myself-management.org
Recordings and presentations from all 2021 & 2022 meetings can be found in the Forum archive.

June 2023 - Shaping the Future Workshop
The June 2023 meeting was run as a Shaping The Future workshop which is the first step in developing
re-defined partnership and member networks to strengthen and work together in delivering a comprehensive approach to excellent self management for people living with long term conditions and Long Covid in Highland.
We deeply appreciate the input from our valued established partners, other organisations involved in improving wellbeing and people living with a long term condition / Long Covid in Highland who gave their time and shared their opinions. We will be working with all the ideas generated to refine our vision and strategy over the summer.
