MySelf-Management is a Membership organisation for people living with long-term conditions, long COVID or persistent pain in Highland. New Members are always welcome!

Membership is currently free of charge, however we do ask for a small voluntary donation towards our in-person activities for those who are able to. Members can also support us through an online donation if they wish to.

Membership allows Members to access our in-person activities in their area and online activities.

How to refer patients to MySelf-Management

​We welcome referrals from Health Professionals. (Patients may also self-refer and join directly themselves, here).

In order to share information about our services with your patient, we need to keep their contact details. This information is stored securely and confidentially in our Members’ database. This information is only shared with authorised staff within MySelf-Management. Please view our Privacy Notice for more information. Please note, if you do not agree that you have their consent, we are unable to process your Membership Referral request. If you have any questions or concerns please email info@myself-management.org and we will be happy to help.
